Meade County Tourism Announcement

Due to the overwhelming increase in fireworks costs, Meade County Tourism will not be hosting a Fourth of July event this year. With a limited budget and the rising expense—now a minimum of $25,000 just for fireworks alone, not including the many additional costs involved—we must make the responsible decision to focus our resources where they can have the most impact.

We truly appreciate your understanding and continued support. We remain committed to providing memorable experiences for our community, and we hope you'll join us for our upcoming event on June 7th, which promises to be a fantastic time for all!
